We all deal with cravings.

Sugar. Alcohol. Social media. Nicotine. Netflix. Overthinking. Drama. Porn. Caffeine. Work. Food.

Some are obvious, and really control our life.
Others are subtle, quietly directing our emotions and behavior.

But at their core, most cravings aren’t the real problem.
They’re the solution our system has found to avoid something deeper:

Grief. Boredom. Shame. Loneliness. Restlessness. Lack of motivation. Pain. The ache of unmet needs.
Or simply the desire to feel something.

Unfortunately, this solution doesn’t last (which is why we repeat the cycle) and also comes with negative consequences (which is why we seek to stop in the first place).

In this 21-day course, you’ll learn to stop waging war against your cravings —
and instead, get intimate with them.

Because when you move closer to the craving, you begin to see:

  • It’s not trying to sabotage you — it’s trying to protect you

  • It’s not asking for more willpower — it’s asking to be seen

  • It’s not the enemy — it’s a misunderstood ally stuck in an outdated strategy

You don’t need to be at rock bottom to know something’s not right.
Even low-grade cravings — checking your phone 70 times a day, eating because you’re bored, needing that nightly glass of wine — can slowly erode your attention, self-trust, presence, health, relationships, and inner peace.

This course will meet you where you are — whether you’re feeling trapped in an obvious loop, or just quietly exhausted by how often you’re reaching for something that doesn’t actually nourish you.

We’ll explore the emotional, psychological, and physiological roots of craving —
and why traditional tools like willpower, restriction, and distraction only work for so long.

Through daily 10–15 minute video teachings and guided meditations, you’ll learn to:

  • Unhook from the craving loop (cue → urge → action → shame → repeat)

  • Understand what the craving is really asking for — and how to meet that need differently

  • Dissolve the intensity of an urge, instead of white-knuckling through it

  • The best evidence-based strategies for breaking craving cycles
  • Recondition your nervous system to feel safe in a strong urge

  • Build a new reward system that pulls you toward peace, not escape

  • Repair your relationship to yourself — and trust that you can stay present when it’s hard

This isn’t simply about coexisting with your cravings.
It’s about dissolving their grip from the inside out.

You won’t be taught to just “notice the urge” and carry on.
You’ll learn how to meet it, decode it, and alchemize it —
so the part of you that once reached for that thing… no longer needs to.

  • Shift your behavior patterns to address the root of cravings

  • Use specific tools to repattern habits in your body, brain, and environment

One final note: If you’re navigating a significant addiction, it’s always encouraged that you seek professional support. You are welcome to participate, but I strongly recommend having a therapist as an extra resource for what may arise.

When we scratch the wound and give into our addictions we do not allow the wound to heal. But when we instead experience the raw quality of the itch or pain of the wound and do not scratch it, we actually allow the wound to heal. So not giving in to our addictions is about healing at a very basic level.
