Every moment, we’re making a decision.

Should I drink this cup of coffee?
Should I stay in this relationship?
Should I go out tonight?
Should I rest?
Should I take this job?
Should I have this difficult conversation?
Should I text this person?
Should I move to this new place?

Some of these decisions feel benign. Others feel high stakes.
Some of these decisions we make unconsciously. Others we wrestle with.

But there’s a way we interact with these decisions, consciously or unconsciously, that will either create a life more in alignment with the deepest, truest part of ourselves–offering nourishment and wholeness–or push us further away from who we are, what we feel is correct, and what our deepest karmic path is–slowly depleting our energy and life force.

Have you ever wondered what the guiding principle is for making these decisions? 

There’s a part of you, separate from your thoughts, beliefs, trauma, and cultural conditioning, that serves as this inner compass.

It’s an incredibly simple voice, but it’s shrouded in years of conditioning, doubt, outside voices, and cultural ideas.

In this retreat, we’re going to begin the journey of shedding the layers of self that are no longer serving your truest knowing.

How do we make decisions?
How do we know what is most true?
How do we live in alignment with the deepest part of us?
How do we identify an inner compass that can guide our life?

These are the questions we’ll explore, in service to connecting with the embodied, intuitive knowing that can guide your life on the deepest level. The belly of truth.

If you’re new to my online retreats, they are designed to be a condensed practice and learning period, taking place over a 2.5 days, and each with a new theme, helping you move toward a more full, authentic, alive, awakened, and joyous expression of yourself.
