Training: How to Lead a Meditation

November 19th, 2022 | 9:00am – 5:00pm EST

(48 hours left to register for the training recording;
registration will close on Sunday, Nov. 20th)

The greatest gift you can offer another human is helping them feel at home in themselves.

Do you want to learn how to guide a meditation?

Whether you’re a mental health professional, teacher, executive, or parent, learning to guide a person or group through meditation is a powerful and sacred offering.

For the last 7 years, I’ve exclusively offered a day-long workshop to graduate students at the University of Pennsylvania looking to teaching mindfulness and meditation in individual and group settings.

And for the first time, I’m making this workshop available to the public.

It’s been a privilege to have my meditations listened to more than 25 millions times in over 150 countries.

AND…

I’ve gotten a lot of feedback from that exposure that has helped me refine the guiding process.

I’m ready to share my insights with you.

In this workshop, you will learn how to:

✅ Guide individuals & groups through mindfulness meditation;

✅ Create and hold space for people when leading a meditation, including difficult experiences that may arise;

✅ Facilitate a group discussion after a meditation that elicits deeper insights and integration;

✅ Communicate what mindfulness is and why it might be worth cultivating to various audiences;

✅ Describe the difference between formal and informal mindfulness practice;

✅ Articulate common misconceptions about mindfulness & meditation;

✅ Use meditation to shift a person from their cognitive experience to their somatic experience;

✅ An in-depth review of my mindfulness keynote presentation for organizations so you can craft your own talk and better understand how to communicate what mindfulness is in a practical and engaging way.

This workshop is not a certification program, nor is it designed to give you authorization as a Mindfulness Teacher under Cory Muscara.

It is an opportunity for me to share my best insights on how to craft a meditation, and how to introduce the topic of mindfulness, to anyone who might be interested.

I’d love to have you there.
