In mindfulness meditation, you’re deliberately taking time to tune in.
There’s an intentional awareness that you’re bringing to your experience, being present with your full experience, cultivating a mind and heart that moves gracefully with the flow of phenomena.
It’s important to have set periods of time to specifically cultivate these qualities of mind, but never forget that all you’re doing is tuning into your life.
The meditation can happen in any moment.
